Customer behavior
360 Plus Media does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, traffic, or sales. Lack of expected results does not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by mistake

We are unable to deliver the agreed service
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services by sending a written request to our email.
If the service has not started, cancellation may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Once service execution begins, cancellation will not qualify for a refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
